Israeli tax refund review · Tel Aviv

A tax refund doesn’t start with a form.

It starts with what happened in your life.

Most employees are sitting on 2–4× their monthly revenue. Omri Moskovitch has the knowledge to find exactly where it’s hiding—and show people how to unlock it.

Five commitments, in writing.

Most people’s worry isn’t the paperwork. It’s being pulled into something they can’t see the end of. So the ground rules come first.

01

We do not submit anything to the tax authorities without first explaining what we found and receiving clear approval from you.

02

If we see that there is no significant refund potential, we will tell you upfront and will not drag you into an unnecessary process.

03

You will receive an initial answer within one to two days, so you are not left waiting for weeks without clarity.

04

Before every meaningful step, we will explain in simple language what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what it means for you.

05

The review is conducted under the responsibility of a CPA firm, to help ensure that nothing is submitted carelessly or inaccurately.

These hold whether or not a refund is found.

What qualifies

Refunds start with life events.

Salaried employees, new immigrants and olim are exactly who this is for. Payroll calculates your tax as if nothing ever changes, and any of these events in the last six years can leave a gap worth checking.

Career

Work rarely moves in a straight line. Tax tables assume it does.

Changed employers in the last six years

Two employers in one tax year almost always means tax was calculated twice, on two partial pictures.

Completed an academic degree

Graduates are entitled to credit points that only apply if someone claimed them.

Took unpaid leave

Months without salary change your annual bracket. Payroll taxed you as if they never happened.

Family

The credit points that follow family changes are missed constantly.

Has children under 18

Credit points for children shift with birth years and custody, and payroll often lags behind.

Got divorced

Custody and support payments carry tax consequences that never reach your payslip on their own.

Service

Military service carries benefits payroll systems often apply late, or not at all.

Served in the military in the last six years

Discharged soldiers carry credit points for a period after service. They are frequently left unclaimed.

Did reserve duty

Reserve pay interacts with your salary in ways employers rarely reconcile.

Life stage & finances

Big transitions and independent savings sit outside what your employer can see.

New immigrant (oleh chadash)

Olim receive some of the strongest credit points in the system, on a clock that started at aliyah.

Disability of 90% or more

A qualifying disability can change the tax picture entirely, sometimes back several years.

Contributed independently to a pension or provident fund

Deposits made outside your employer entitle you to deductions nobody applied automatically.

02

We review it under CPA oversight

A certified public accounting firm carries responsibility for the review, so nothing is handled carelessly.

03

You get a clear answer within 1-2 days

We explain what we found in plain language, and you approve before anything is filed.

04

We file it, or we stop there

If there is a refund, we handle the filing end to end. If not, we tell you honestly and stop.

Who actually reviews your case.

Your point of contact

Omri Moskovitch

Omri runs the client side of every review: what we need from you, what we found, and what it means, all in plain English. His job is quality control on your experience, and it comes with a simple rule: you never approve anything you don’t fully understand.

THE PROFESSIONAL LAYER

A partnered CPA firm

The review itself and any filing that follows happen under the responsibility of a certified public accounting firm. That is the standard your case is held to, from the first payslip to the last signature.

Omri is your single point of contact throughout, so you are never passed around between desks.

Common Questions.

This is the first thing we check, not the last. Before anything is filed we look at debt risk as well as refund potential. If filing could expose you to a payment, you will know before deciding anything, and nothing moves without your written approval.

You won’t gather documents blindly. We only ask for what your specific life events require, usually a small number of payslips or confirmations you can photograph with your phone.

You don’t need to. We explain what we found and what it means in plain language, before you approve anything, not after. If an explanation isn’t clear, that is our problem to fix, not yours.

We don’t. Our check starts from your actual life events and compares them against what your employer’s payroll could see. If there is no real basis, we say so and stop.

The first check takes about two minutes. After that we only come back to you if there is real potential, with a short list of exactly what we need and nothing more.

A reasonable position. Nothing is submitted to any authority without your explicit written approval, and the entire review runs under the responsibility of a CPA firm. You see everything before it moves.
